Innes commenced work in the insurance industry in 1992 as a broker in England. Since moving to Australia in 1996 Innes has worked in broking and underwriting for business insurance, professional risks, motor insurance, personal accident & illness, medical malpractice and warranty covers. Innes has been with the company from day one and specialises in niche products, group schemes and product development.


Ian Barker

Director / Partner

Ian has 26 years experience in the insurance industry, specialising in claims management.


Peter Millar

Senior Broker

Peter has worked in all facets of the insurance industry to claims management level, loss adjusting, area management, underwriting, and mainly broking. This includes 10 years in his own brokerage where he developed a niche risk facility for hard to place liability and Aborigine community insurances before joining Cerberos in 2016. Peter is qualified with broking and risk management Diplomas.


Dan McEvilly

Broker

Dan started life in the insurance industry back in 2009 specialising in business insurance for the charity and recruitment sectors. Since moving to Australia from England in 2014, Dan has worked in broking and underwriting, developing and promoting various products for specialist markets including motor insurance, track day insurance, personal accident & illness and warranty covers.


Darwin Seal

Broker

Darwin started his career in 1986 in personal lines for a Lloyd’s broker in the UK and moved to an underwriting role for a Lloyd’s Syndicate and then to a compliance role for a large insurer. In 2008 he moved to New Zealand where he worked for a number of well-known insurers in underwriting, compliance, schemes and relationship management. In 2018 Darwin moved to Brisbane and initially worked for a multinational insurer in underwriting and then on to a large retailer to manage their insurance portfolio. Darwin joined Cerberos in October 2020 – he’s qualified as a Chartered Insurance Broker with an advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, UK.


Sara Bell

Broker / Administrator

Sara joined the business in 2019 with a broad insurance broking and administration experience. Sara’s role includes handling reconciliation of accounts, underwriter payments & broking assistance to individual and group scheme clients.


Siobhan Stafford

Office Manager

Siobhan is our Office Manager and assists us across all divisions. Siobhan also handles the company’s day to day Accounting, Payroll and Timesheet issues. Siobhan has worked in varied administration roles previously and brings valuable skills and experience to our organisation.
